The Kyoto Imperial Palace is open to all visitors. No advance application is necessary.

For Those Entering Accompanying Person Information

You can register accompanying person information.
The information can be registered only if you selected "Register Accompanying Person Information Later," when applying for the Imperial Palace visit.
Log in to register using the details provided in your confirmation email.

If you selected "Register Accompanying Person Information Later," or if the number of accompanying persons exceeds 9.

For Holders of a Visit Permit

You can view the Visit Permit.
You will need 9-digit number provided in the email.

You can view the Visit Permit.
On the day of your visit, You will need the Permit Number provided on the Visit Permit.
